Housing Services are responsible for:
- the assessment of housing need,
- allocation of Council housing,
- nominations to Housing Associations,
- homelessness and housing advice,
- sale of Council houses and flats,
- special needs and adaptations,
- rent collection and arrears control,
- estate management,
- maintenance,
- repairs and
- improvements to Council housing and tenant involvement.
