Candidates for the Young Essex Assembly

There are twelve Tendring teenagers going head-to-head for the Young Essex Assembly elections. They are all aged between 13 and 19 and live in the Tendring District. For more information have a look at the latest news, but this year the candidates are: Alix Willmore, 13, Clacton County High; Ben Chandler, 13, Clacton County High; Danny Mayzes, 19, Colbayns High; Edie Readings, 16, who works at Buckets and Spades Nursery in Harwich, Jessica Bleeze, 15, Colbayns High; Jodie Weldon, 16, Colchester Institute in Clacton; Letitia Stark, 16, Colchester Institute in Clacton; Max Morris, 16, Clacton County High; Rosie Johnson, 13, St Benedicts College; Toby Barden, 15, Tendring Technology College; Dan Wills, 15, Harwich School; Aime Pearce, 17, Volunteers for EST Connexions. The results of the election will be announced on December 14 and those chosen will take office from February 1, 2007. More details of the count and declaration fo results will be posted soon. |
