Clacton Music On The Streets

Clacton on the streets is nearly here! On the 2nd August 2008 there will be live music from 11am to around 6pm. The whole event is free and everyone is welcome, so come down and support your favorite local bands and musicians. Entry date for the applactions to play is coming up fast as all requests need to be submitted by 23rd July! Come on down and let's prove that there is good local talent in our area. |

Success in Clacton

The Music event was a big success in Clacton as loads of people came to Clacton to see what we've got! The finalists were: Drumz Kool, Stiff in the Morning, Stand Still Kid, Virtual Biscuit, Umastakabley Real, Angles On Fire, D.N.T. The top three winners of Clacton's Music on the streets were: 1 - Drumz Kool 2 - Stand Still Kid 3 - Virtual Biscuit Well done to all who took part on the day and also to all of those who made the event such a success! |

The music event last year went really well and we had some good acts and a lot of people watching. The TYA would like to know your opions on the possiblity of the music event being run this year too! Get in touch and let us know if you want the event to happen again or even if you would like to be involved. |
