Welcome to Tendring Crucial Crew
Crucial Crew is aimed to ensure the well being and safety of the children of Tendring. It is an excellent example of a partnership approach within the local community and endeavours to provide amazing opportunities for young people.
The Crucial Crew was organised by Tendring District Council on behalf of Tendring Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership. The event which takes place annually helps develop young people's judgement, decision making and risk assessment. The diverse scenarios are provided to teach children the lessons in key subjects including safety in the home, on the road, near electricity and the dangers of alcohol.
It is imperative to educate children at an early age. It is hoped that the knowledge gained from this website and the event itself will be a reminder to keep children and others safe.
